FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The calendar wont let me select the dates I require my animals to stay for does this mean you are full?

If you can't select the dates you require your animals to come and stay for we are either full or closed for that period. In a few instances we may have space as the booking system enables Reggie's Retreat to split the stay over a few hutches/enclosures that you as a customer cannot select so it's always worth double checking with us to see if we can do this.

My Rabbit will be vaccinated by the time our holiday comes round but not at the time of booking how do ensure I can set up my profile without having the vaccination certificate?

Ensure you have selected that your rabbit is vaccinated when you set up your profile, put in the date when your next vaccination is due and upload a copy of a blank bit of paper, please do however ensure that the actual vaccination is uploaded prior to your stay.

What happens if my animal gets ill whilst staying at Reggie's Retreat?
