Brief history
2009 -
We started Reggies Retreat as we felt there was a shortage of quality boarding within the Berkshire area.
2012 -
We moved to our current location to expand, we were then able to build a purpose built cabin for indoor animals, have a large grass area for grazing and exercising and purpose build hutches to provide large accommodation for outdoor animals.
2017-
Our large heated cabin was refitted with large purpose built indoor pens offering an enhanced space for all the animals.
2019 -
We created our hard standing areas to offer more space to exercise all animals.
Who we are
Reggies Retreat - A family run holiday home for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs, situated in Bracknell, Berkshire.
We are huge animal lovers and pride ourselves on providing a happy, safe environment for our animal guests. We have always had Rabbits and Guinea Pigs as pets so we fully understand how much care and attention they all need.
Cleanliness and safety of the animals is of utmost important to us.
We have large RSPCA recommended sized indoor and outdoor cages and outdoor runs for animals to play and graze in (weather permitting), ensuring that every animal gets to stretch their legs. We use disinfectant to clean cages which has been recommended by our local vets to ensure optimal cleanliness. So if you are away for the weekend, fortnight, or even just moving house, you can relax and enjoy your vacation knowing that your pets are enjoying theirs.
About our retreat
We home all visitors in our large garden and large wooden summerhouse, so if an animal requires peace and quiet away from other people or other animals there is plenty of room for them, or if they like lots of company and constant attention we can accommodate for that just as well. We believe that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. We strive in meeting all those needs.
