TERMS & CONDITIONS

For the protection of our guests Reggie’s Retreat ask that if you are the owner of a rabbit we require you to bring a current vaccination certificate against Myxomatosis and VHD1 and VHD2 upon arrival.

When guests arrive a brief examination (eyes, ears, nose, coat etc) may be carried out. Animals found with respiratory problems, skin problems or parasites will be unable to stay.

Pre-existing medical conditions must be discussed prior to the stay and each case will be taken into account, veterinary advice may be sought.

 

If your pet does have a medical condition details of the condition and treatment required must also be disclosed on the booking form.

 

We will not accept any pet that is showing signs of undisclosed illness, disease, injury or pregnancy. If your pet does become ill whilst in Reggie’s Retreat care we will inform you or your emergency contact immediately.

 

If your pet requires the attention of a vet, we will transport to the vets, any treatment required will be charged to you, the owner. Your pet will be treated under your name and address.

Sadly small animals can pass away with very little warning and very quickly after first showing signs of an illness. If this does happen, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes should your pet pass away in our care. Reggie’s Retreat accept no liability in the unlikely event that this may happen.

Reggie’s Retreat will take no responsibility of any pets pregnancy as all our animals are kept separately unless otherwise stated by you.

 

Payment must be by cash on day of arrival.

 

If your pet is already boarding with us and you wish to collect your pet earlier than what is stated on the booking form, you are still liable for the full amount.

 

If you do not collect your pet on the agreed day then the delay in collection will be chargeable at Reggie’s Retreat current daily prices.

 

Unlike dog and cat kennels, small animal boarding does not require a licence or have the same rules and regulations, all animals are left with Reggie’s Retreat at their owners risk

 

All pet owners must accept that accident, injury, illness, death, theft, public liability and all other insurance’s for the pet owner and their animal whilst visiting and boarding with us, are the responsibility of the pet owner and that Reggie’s Retreat are released of any and all such liabilities.
